At Sweet Dreams Enterprises, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Our goal is to make sure your order is processed quickly and delivered as smoothly as possible.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched and may vary based on your location and local carrier conditions.

Typical estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6–10 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 6–12 business days
  • 🌍 International: 7–15 business days

Please note that during busy periods, holidays, or international shipments, carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs delays.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days to verify your shipping information. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us at support@sweetdreamsenterprises.com within 24 hours. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this time.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that timely delivery is important and do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as severe weather, courier disruptions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

In rare cases, delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

While Sweet Dreams Enterprises cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always work to keep you informed and assist with any issues that arise.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. Sweet Dreams Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@sweetdreamsenterprises.com, and we will assist by working with the courier. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information.

Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If a package cannot be located, you may be advised to file a police report as part of the carrier’s claims process.
