Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damage to outer packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as damage if the product itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@sweetdreamsenterprises.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Sweet Dreams Enterprises is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
